Service Reviews For Sport Clips Haircuts of Loveland

Tried to check in 10 minutes before closing and couldn’t. Tried calling the store to ask if I can still come.... they asked me to hold and hung up on me. Called back and they didn’t answer. Second issue I’ve had with location in Loveland Colorado. Horrible customer service! Last time our party checked in in-person and our cuts were split with online checkin people... how can that happen? I will never go back to the Fall River location in Loveland CO. So angry.

I tried to bring my son to Sports Clips in Loveland Colorado for a back to school haircut. I literally stood at the desk for 10 minutes waiting for someone to acknowledge us (2 employees had no customer and were just chatting) No one ever did. We finally just walked out. We ended up just going to Great Clips and received great service!
